Think of this post as a sort of ‘vital statistics’ approach to the omnipotent acai. This is for all those people that want to understand the true value of the berry when compared to ‘standard’ fruits and foods.
Vitamins and minerals all play an enormously important part in your body’s development. The acai contains enough of these to keep even the most active bodies busy! Here’s a (non conclusive) list of what you will find:
Vitamin A Calcium; Vitamin C Magnesium; Vitamin E Copper; Vitamin D Chromium; Vitamin B-1 Zinc; Vitamin B-2 Iron; Vitamin B-3 Sodium; Vitamin B-6 Manganese; Vitamin B-12 Selenium; Pantothenic acid Boron; Biotin Potassium; Folic Acid Molybdenum; Inosital Iodine
Impressive list? Oh yes. Every single one of the vitamins listed there is good for your body in one way or more. One their own they are good, to find all in abundance in one food is just amazing!
Then we go to the amount of antioxidants in the acai berry. This is measured in what is called the ORAC. The acai berry has an ORAC value of 610; blueberries (a renowned super food in their own right) weigh in at 92. How’s that for impressive?!?
Drink Acai Berry Juice Everyday
I don’t think a lot of people know about all of the different ways to take advantage of the health benefits offered by acai berry and the different ways to enjoy it. Personally, I drink the juice everyday to maintain my health. I like it so much, I wish I could drink it for all of my beverages, but even though acai berry is wonderful, too much of a good thing can be bad. I’ve even started recommending it to everyone I know. Whenever someone complains to me about not feeling well, I always tell them to go out and buy some acai berry juice.
Acai Berry Juice Helps Maintains Health
I’ve always liked juice. Grape, orange, pomegranate, pineapple. You name it, I liked it as juice. My new favorite though is acai berry juice. I don’t drink it like I would any of those other fruit juices, but a little bit everyday keeps me healthy and feeling great. My mom suggested I try it about a month ago and ever since then, it’s all I talk about. I can’t believe that I went for so long trying to find medicinal ways to make myself feel better, when all I needed was a little dose of the all-natural acai berry juice.
A Little Bit of Juice Goes a Long Way
The other day my best friend and I were talking and I mentioned how tired and lethargic I felt all of the time. She mentioned that she had felt the same way and went to the doctor to find out why. Apparently, the doctor wanted to prescribe all sorts of depression medicine to her, but she decided to try something else on her own. After some online research, she found out about acai berry. Acai berry is an all-natural super food that is great for increasing energy and maintaining overall health. She drinks a little but of the juice everyday and suggested I do the same.
