I have used and basically enjoyed Ares Galaxy for quite a while. Over that time I have come to realize that this file sharing application has not been operating up to par. It takes longer and longer to connect to the Ares Network. Great number of people are wearing Google out accessing the term Ares connecting.

Every time I get ready to start the application I can’t help but wonder what the result will be. At times I am connected in an instant, but those moments are far and in between. There have been times when it has taken almost a half hour. I have gotten disgusted before and allowed it to attempt connecting all night and still come up empty. I have attempted on separate occasions to download other versions of Ares offered by the Official Ares site. I was led to believe by Ares Vista that they could offer a better connection – and it is an improvement – but I still find myself frustrated from time to time.

The only reason I have put up with this situation for as long as I have is because I really am an Ares fan. However, not more than a week ago a good friend did introduce me to AresConnect. AresConnect turned out to be the solution to my connection problems and instant connection is no longer in doubt. The best thing is you don’t have to install a new version of Ares but simply allow the AresConnect utility to repair the former connection files of the install you are presently using. It is compatible with Ares versions of the past. Don’t allow yourself to get to the point where I once was.
